2. Products and Orders

  • All items are made per order. We do not hold stock or ready-made pieces.
  • We aim to ensure that all descriptions, images, and pricing of products are accurate, but minor variations may occur due to screen settings and fabric availability.

3. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Once your order is placed, it will be processed and manufactured as per your request.
  • Deliveries may take up to 5 working days after your order has been processed.
  • Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate, as we cannot be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.

4. Payment

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept the following payment methods: Knet, Visa / Master. 

5. No Exchange or Refunds

  • Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
  • In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the DUWE website, including product designs, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of DUWE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • DUWE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products.
  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping disruptions or natural events.
